Let me make it clear from the outset, I advise the wealthy how to protect themselves and their assets before or during divorce or separation.

Read the papers or even just listen to the stories of your friends; the wealthy person in the relationship - usually men, but not always - takes a beating in the divorce court from their "significant others"! The law in most western societies is now so protective of the
